What an order needs, and what we never ask for
Growing a profile or a post does not need access to it. Everything we need is already public, so an order never asks you to hand over an account.
What we ask for

- The password of your social media account
- A login code, two-factor code or recovery code
- Admin rights on a page, channel or group
- Your phone number or ID documents
- Card details on our site: payment happens on the provider’s own page
How your account stays safe
Nobody logs in to your social media account. The services work from the public link alone, the same way any visitor reaches your profile, so your password, sessions and two-factor settings stay exactly as they are.
Keep the profile or post public until the order completes: a private profile cannot be reached from the link, and the order stops there. If anyone writes to you in our name and asks for a password or a code, it is not us. Support only replies in the tickets on your account.
Your panel account signs in with your email, by a one-time code sent to it or by a password you set. The site runs on HTTPS only.
How your money is handled
You top up a balance and orders are paid from it. The top-up itself is paid on the payment provider’s page, so card and wallet details never pass through topsocialbot.
When an order ends partial or is canceled, the units that were not delivered are refunded to your balance by themselves. You do not need to ask, and the order shows how many units were not delivered.

API for resellers and your own panel
The panel speaks the standard SMM API v2 format, so an existing reseller panel or script can point at topsocialbot with only the URL and key changed. The API key is in your account; the same balance pays web and API orders.

What people ask before a first order.
Do you need my password?
No. An order takes a public link and a quantity. We never ask for a password, a login code or access to your account, and support never will either.
Does the profile have to be public?
Yes, until the order completes. A private profile cannot be reached from the link, so the order cannot be delivered.
What happens if an order is not fully delivered?
If it ends partial or is canceled, the undelivered units go back to your balance automatically. The order shows how many units were not delivered.
Can I use topsocialbot through my own panel?
Yes. Use the API key from your account with the standard SMM API v2 format. Web and API orders share one balance.
